BILLING CONSULTANT

 
This full-time position is responsible for performing a variety of general duties related to administrative, billing and program support. Primary tasks include but are not limited to documenting and billing CCSP/Source programs, preparing and faxing monthly reports, and assisting with billing for congregate and home-delivered meals. The role also involves updating and maintaining congregate/HDM folders, providing telephone reassurance to clients, and performing accurate data entry. The employee will assist with CCSP/Source policies, procedures, and daily Senior Center operations. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support overall program efficiency and client services.

Qualification Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. An individual must hold a valid driver’s license and possess least high school diploma or equivalent. Candidate must be able to pass a National Background Check and complete a Drug/Alcohol screening.

Elbert County Senior Center
HOME-DELIVERED MEALS DRIVER

This part-time position is responsible for performing a variety of general duties related to meal preparation and delivery. Primary tasks include but are not limited to assisting with packing meals for their delivery while following proper sanitary guidelines, transporting packed meals to their vehicles and delivering meals in a timely manner to the respective clients. This position also requires accurately documenting all deliveries on appropriate forms daily and ensuring all paperwork is completed on time. Additional duties include cleaning delivery containers daily.
