The goal of the Department of Code Enforcement / Planning & Zoning is compliance of the “County Code of Ordinances” before pursuing further action. It is also our goal to improve and maintain the quality of our neighborhoods by maintaining a safe, healthy environment for the well-being of Elbert County’s citizens and visitors.
